      2. In order to purchase Products, you must submit a valid credit or debit card. You warrant that the payment card you submit is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer or payment provider. Belleza Beauty And Cosmetics is not responsible in the event that your payment card provider refuses to authorise payments.

      1. There might be a slight different between the packaging of the product you received, and the picture displayed in Belleza Beauty And Cosmetics. Due to a recent design version of the packaging from the manufacture company. It does not mean the differences in same product and Belleza Beauty And Cosmetics will guarantee it, and will always pursue to update and renew the products pictures regularly.
      2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
      3. Products are subject to availability and products that are in your basket are not reserved and can be purchased by other users. We will do our best to remove any products which have sold out at the earliest opportunity. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to a particular product may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock after we have accepted your Order, then we will not be liable to you for being unable to provide that product. If such a situation arises, then we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock product.
      4. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

      1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
      2. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your Order has been accepted. Your Order constitutes an offer to Belleza Beauty And Cosmetics to buy a Product via the Site (and Belleza Beauty And Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse orders for Products). No contract will exist in relation to the Products until we have confirmed to you by email that the Product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). Our acceptance to your offer will be deemed complete and the contract between us shall be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation email.
    8. Dispatch Order and Delivery
      1. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, product shortages, transportation disruption or higher-than-anticipated demand. We will not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your order within the estimated timescales as a result of such delays. Please note that delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
      2. Delivery charges will apply to orders at checkout. Prices of deliveries will be displayed in your local currency separately on the order form during checkout process..
      3. If no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date. If you cannot receive your order on the Second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional fee for any other delivery attempt.
      4. You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
    9. Product Restrictions
      1. There may be instances where due to restrictions, we are prevented from being able to deliver it to you. We will not be held liable in relation to any Product that we are unable to sell or deliver to you as a result of such restrictions. Please refer to the Product Description of your selected Product(s) to see if any restrictions apply. In the event that a restriction is enforced after you have placed your Order with us, we will do our utmost to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
    10. Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

    11. VAT
      1. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products sold by Belleza Beauty And Cosmetics via its website.
      2. If your delivery address is outside of the Kingdom Of Bahrain you may be subject to import duties and VAT, which will be automatically calculated at the checkout. You will never have to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.
    12. Cancellation
      1. We are fully aware that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you only need to contact our customer service Via email: cs@bellezabh.com to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reasonable limits to cancel it, provided that it has already been implemented your request.

      1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Kingdom of Bahrain law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Bahrain courts.
